Chapel Project
Jaime Esquivel and Rancho Costafalo visited the site of our recently supported breakfast program. A special thank you to all of you, who contributed in support of our first fundraiser, to help feed 25 children breakfast for a full school year.
This same public school has an outdoor chapel (yes there is no separation of church and state) which needs renovation. Rancho Costafalo has committed to paying for the renovation of this small chapel.

Maleku Shoe Project
Valerie and Gary of Soulgives. Org provided school supplies and uniforms to 40 children of the Maleku Tribe. Rancho Costafalo teamed up to distribute these items and discussed with their chief ways they can become more self Sustainable in the future. . Rancho Costafalo will provide the school shoes for the children to compliment the uniforms we gave out.
Community Park Project
Mo Haniff ( a good friend), Rachel Mentes of Abiendomentes.org which empowers children and community development locally, and Rancho Costafalo have teamed up to clean up a community park which serves the poor children of Brasilito.
A hired contractor trimmed (or more accurately) cut large trees leaving a mess of fallen branches and tree trunks which destroyed park benches, fences and a community building.

Free Medical Supplies to Costa Ricans
For several months we have been working with Matt Hollister of the JH Wellness Foundation (a non-profit) to bring free medicines to Costa Rica. Matt brings FREE medications to third world countries like Honduras, Bolivia and recently to the border of Ukraine (visit JH WELLNESS FOUNDATION). They have already been helping Costa Ricans in Need. Finally Valerie and Gary Scheirman who run Soul Gives (another) non-profit) helping the Maleku people, an indigenous tribe in Costa Rica, and another group that works against human trafficking Costa Rica. Together we will bring our first shipment of Medical Supplies to Costa Rica when we return in June of this year. Working with the Costa Rican Government and the Church we hope to bring larger shipments in the future.
Providing School Supplies
March 15th 2022 Rancho Costafalo helped a single mom with school supplies for her son. We also provided another computer for two sisters going to school.

Breakfast Program
There is a high school in Palmares Costa Rica which teaches gifted students. There are 25 gifted students that received scholarships but who are poor. Jaime with JG Furniture and Rancho Costafalo committed to funding a breakfast program for the next school year for these 25 students. It costs 1.60 per student per day X 25 students X5 days a week for the entire school year costing $6,400 total. Rancho Costafalo contributed along with with two other
Church Restoration Project
November 18: Father Marco and members of Rancho Costafalo discuss his assistance with moving forward our Quebrada Grande church restoration project.
Rancho Costafalo committed to raising $10,000 to replace the roof and repairs of an old church in a small town called Alto Roble. Currently parishioners are meeting in a local public school. See our go fund me page to donate

Helping Those in Need
June 24th 2021: Diego Lios of Four Wheeler Tours and Rancho Costafalo teamed up to help needy families around the town of Sardinal. A special thank you to Grandsons Sam and Jack Miller who helped deliver groceries and basic food items.
Addressing Structural Issues of Local Church
June 16th: Members of Rancho Costafalo met Father Rogers and church representative Adelina at the Catholic church in Quebrada Grande. This church is located within a few miles of the farm. There are structural issues which need attention in order to safely restore this historic church. A second meeting is scheduled in August at Rancho Costafalo to discuss the cost and approach to fund this project
